mkdosfs

This command will allow you to create a DOS file system on your Linux machine. Usually the DOS file system is placed on a partition. Options -c check partition for bad blocks -f fats specifies number of File Allocation Tables in the files system, normally 2 -F fatsize 12,16,32bit -i volume sets volume ID -s sectors sets the number of disk sectors per cluster
