Wireshark: Capture Passwords

This is a demonstration of capturing a webmail account and password with ethereal...of course this is not legal and should only be done to understand the importance of protecting your network.

Start ethereal and begin capture...then login to your mail account. Now stop ethereal and view the logs.

First Screenshot shows domain name of where this person logged in and also the username...see if you can find them.

Here is a second screenshot that highlights the username and password. If you look closely you will see:
