Close List With Deny

Close all access lists with a default deny on everything that is not permitted.

! all other access acc 101 deny ip 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255

It is very important that this is the last line in your access list. The access you want to allow must come before the default deny.
