Check For Updates

In order to install all available updates, you should reload the list of packages. To do so simply click the Check button and wait for it to finish.

After you have an updated list of packages, you can now look through all the applications that need updating. If you do not want to update a certain one, untick the box on the left of its name. To see a description of what is updated in an application, click on its name and press Description of update.

Install Updates

Now that you have a brand new list of applications to update, click the Install updates button and type in your root password. Afterwords, if a vital piece of software is updated, then you might have to restart your system. Then you're all set and ready to go!
