Crop an Image

The last icon on the graphics Object Bar is the crop feature. When you choose to crop an image the Crop dialog appears. As you increase the crop form left, right, top and bottom the preview shows you the changes that will occur with your image.

Notice the white lines which indicate what will occur when the crop is completed. Beware that keeping image size may distort your image so it may be best to Keep scale.

 
If you want to use a shape to crop, select the shape from the Toolbar. Select the empty circle. Create the circle and then drag it onto the image.

Once the circle is over the image, pull it to the exact size that you need. Once it is in position, choose Edit from the Menu bar and Select All. You need to have both the image and the shape selected. Once that is done choose Modify and Shapes and Intersect. When you click on Intersect it will crop the image to the shape you have selected.
