Inserting an Object

Inserting objects from the Toolbar is quick and easy. Select the image type that you would like to insert by clicking on the arrow next to the type or by selecting the icon and drawing your shape. For example, open a new drawing and choose the ellipse icon and drag the circle to the size you want. Now you can resize by choosing the corners to maintain aspect or choose the middle rectangles to distort the object. The color of the object may be changed by highlighting the object and choosing a color off the color bar.

Now insert a 3D object. Choose the 3D icon on the 3D Objects Toolbar and then select a cube. When the cube appears you will see an outline that you can drag to resize. The cube will be created with the default colors you have selected.

Those color, gradient, hatching or bitmap options are located for quick access on the object bar along with the shadow. The object bar example shows first the gradient and example and then the last icon is the shadow that is applied.
