Page Breaks

When you start thinking about printing, page breaks are critical for your data. You can view the page breaks by choosing View on the Menu bar and then Page Break Preview. This will provide two things; the page flow will be obvious and you will see where your page breaks.

You can change page breaks by selecting the row and then choosing Insert and Manual Break and Row Break. This will break your page at the break you have created. Notice the page break in the second example is different than the first example.

To remove the break for a row select the row and then choose Edit from the Menu bar and Delete Manual Break and then Row Break.
