Fedora gives you the option to customize your mouse preferences and control options. To do so click on System --- Preferences --- Mouse.

The Mouse Preferences window will appear with two tabs to chose from. The General tab allow you to adjust the mouse orientation, pointer speed, drag and drop, double-click timeout, and if you would like to locate the pointer.

The Accessibility tab allow you to apply and adjust simulated secondary click and dwell click. If dwell click is applied you will be given the option to choose type of click beforehand or choose type of click with mouse gestures.

Each option will be applied after you select it. Click the Close button when you're finished.
