If you select a line from your packet capture you can choose Analyze from the Menu and then Expert Info. This will provide a summary of the communication between two machines. A sequence of packets will be listed with the Protocol and a summary. In this example you see a repeated Error of a TCP Bad Checksum which may indicate, heavy traffic, a problem with a network card, etc. This would be an area to investigate further.
