My entire sbin folder has gone walkabout. I have no httpd or other services running. usr/sbin is just not there., Does anyone know why it might have disappeared. Thanks

Make sure you are using the correct command. Be sure that a "/" is in front of the directory as you are starting from root of the file system. If if you have really lost this directory you will not be able to run the server as most of the configuration commands are here as you see listed.
