Changing the resolution is an important task and is an obstacle many users have troubles over coming. To change the resolution is Fedora first click on System --- Administration --- Display. Next you will need to enter your root password and click the OK button. When the display settings window loads you will see 3 tabs. The first tab 'Settings' allows us to configure the resolution and color depth. If we click on the hardware tab we can choose from monitor and video card configuration and the Dual Head tab allows options for connecting and configuring multiple monitors.
